PTFE thread is designed to retain its color and strength when exposed to the elements. Make sure that your machine, needle, and thread tension are suitable for PTFE thread before you start sewing. We recommend sewing a test stitch on a scrap piece with the same number of fabric layers as in the finished project. This allows you to check the stitch appearance and thread tension before sewing the entire seam. The color displayed on the screen may differ from the thread’s actual shade.
