The calculation is based on the chapel's actual floor area, not the boat’s length multiplied by its width. First, select whether this applies to a harbor canopy. For other boat canopies—including sprayhoods, cockpit canopies, and aft canopies—use 2,400 SEK/m² as a preliminary price reference. Harbor covers use 1,600 SEK/m², within a typical range of approximately 1,500–1,700 SEK/m².

The price quote is an estimate. We review the dimensions, images, layout, and construction of the canopy before sending you a quote. Templating, assembly, transportation, and special work may apply and will be confirmed separately.

The winter discount is automatically applied in the calculation during September 15 – February 2 every year. Outside this period, the regular price applies. The number of existing arches and canopy sections helps us estimate the scope of the work; existing arches are not priced the same as new ones.
We help boat owners in Marstrand, Gothenburg, and along the west coast with boat covers that are customized to fit the boat’s shape, existing arches, and how the boat is used. Windows, openings, zippers, and wind and draft protection are designed as part of the overall solution.
A sprayhood provides protection around the cockpit. We’ll go over its shape, the frames, visibility through the windows, and how the sprayhood should work in conjunction with the rest of the canopy.
A cockpit cover protects the cockpit and seating areas. Openable sections, windows, and zippers are designed to accommodate access, ventilation, and how you want to use the space.
A stern canopy is customized to fit the boat's stern and existing structure. Please specify whether you would like a complete solution or several removable parts.
A boat cover protects the boat’s open areas while it is moored. The calculation uses a separate price reference of 1,600 SEK/m² including VAT before any discount.
The placement, size, and number of window panes affect visibility and design. Send us photos and describe the panes or openings you want, and we’ll confirm the solution in the quote.
Do you need both a canopy over the stern and a roof over the cockpit? Describe the parts and the desired protection from wind or rain. We’ll assess the fit and how the parts should connect to each other.
For new boat covers, we use high-quality boat cover fabric. Material options include Sunbrella, Storm Plus, Swela Ocean, Sauleda Special Force, and Sauleda Masacril Normal / Special. The final fabric and color are determined by Marstrands Marintextil in consultation with the boat owner, based on the design and intended use.
You don't need to select the materials yourself in the estimate. Instead, tell us what kind of boat you have, how the cover will be used, and whether any frames, fittings, or existing cover parts will be reused.

Materials, color, dimensions, options, and delivery time are confirmed jointly. Payment schedule: 30 % as a down payment, 40 % halfway through production, and 30 % upon completion of the work.
The base calculation covers manufacturing and fabric based on the specified canopy area. Selected new stainless steel frames are added separately. Pattern making, assembly, transportation, and special work may be added. The digital quote will confirm the scope after our review.
Yes. Select ”No, other boat canopy” in the question about harbor canopies and specify the correct type of canopy. The estimate uses 2,400 SEK/m² as a preliminary reference. The final price depends on the dimensions, layout, windows, arches, and finish.
Enter the total actual surface area of the canopy sections. You can enter the area in square meters directly or calculate it by multiplying the length by the width for sections of equal size. The boat’s total length and width do not equal the canopy surface area. If you’re unsure, send us photos and ask us before confirming the measurements.
